At Be Yoounique, each piece of jewelry is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns and issue refunds only in the event that a product is received in a damaged condition.
If you receive a damaged product, the issue must be reported to us within five working days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must strictly follow the unboxing instructions provided by Be Yoounique, including recording a clear, uninterrupted video of the package being opened, showing the seal and original packaging. Claims made without proper video evidence or beyond the stipulated timeframe will not be accepted.
Once the damage claim is raised and verified, the product must be returned to Be Yoounique in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. After the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, a 100% refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within a reasonable processing period.
Products that are not damaged, including cases of change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference, are not eligible for return or refund. Minor variations in color, texture, or design that occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted finishes are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
Be Yoounique is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, wear and tear, or improper storage. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to verified product damage.
Be Yoounique reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy. We also reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice, with changes effective immediately upon being published on the website.
