Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation; however, these are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Be Yoounique is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner once the shipment has been dispatched.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during checkout or order confirmation. Any additional costs arising from incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, such as reattempted deliveries or address changes after dispatch, will be borne by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the delivery partner. Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery and follow the provided unboxing instructions. In case of a damaged product, customers must report the issue within five working days along with a clear video showing the opening of the sealed package, as per our Return and Refund Policy.
